Femmé ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our waitlist or any Femmé service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information generated by your use of our services.

Waitlist signup: your email address, your role (creator or subscriber), and any feedback you choose to share.
Identity verification (at launch): government-issued ID and biometric liveness data, processed by a third-party verification provider. We do not store raw biometric data on our servers.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, browser, and IP address.
Communications: any messages you send us directly, including support requests.

How we use your information

To contact you with early access updates and product news related to your waitlist signup.
To verify identity and maintain a safe, women-only space.
To improve the product based on aggregated feedback and usage patterns.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

Data storage and security

Waitlist data is stored in Supabase, hosted on infrastructure within the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised team members only.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
CCBill — billing and subscription management. CCBill's privacy policy governs payment card and financial data processed during checkout. Femmé does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Identity verification provider — processes government ID and biometric liveness data for age and identity verification. We do not store raw biometric data.
Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements in place.

Age Verification and 2257 Records

Femmé complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. We collect and retain age verification records for all creators who upload adult content, including government ID verification data processed through our identity verification provider. These records are maintained for the legally required period and are made available to authorised inspection agencies upon lawful request.

Age verification data is stored securely and accessed only by personnel responsible for compliance. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties except as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
Withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from emails.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This waitlist site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The Supabase client may store a session token in your browser's local storage for functional purposes only.

Children

Femmé is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
