18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

This statement is made in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the federal record-keeping requirements that apply to producers of sexually explicit content in the United States.

Platform Role

Femmé operates as a secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Femmé does not directly produce, direct, or create sexually explicit content. All content is created by independent creators who use the platform. As a secondary producer, Femmé requires all creators who upload adult content to maintain the records mandated by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and to make those records available upon lawful request.

Creator Obligations

Any creator who uploads sexually explicit content to Femmé represents and warrants that:

• All persons depicted in their content were at least 18 years of age at the time of production.
• The creator possesses, and will maintain for the legally required period, age verification records for all depicted individuals — including a copy of a government-issued photo ID.
• Records are organized and indexed as required by 28 C.F.R. Part 75 and are available for inspection by authorised persons.
• The creator will promptly produce records upon request by Femmé or by any duly authorised law enforcement or regulatory agency.

Age Verification at Onboarding

All creator accounts on Femmé are subject to biometric identity verification, including government-issued photo ID verification, before they are permitted to upload any adult content. This process is conducted through an authorised third-party identity verification provider. Femmé retains records of this verification process in accordance with applicable law.

Prohibition on Minors

Femmé has a zero-tolerance policy regarding content depicting individuals under 18 years of age in a sexual or explicit context. Any content of this nature will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to relevant law enforcement authorities. The account responsible will be permanently terminated.

Custodian of Records

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, all performers appearing on this site were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Records required by federal law are kept by the Custodian of Records: Raina Zabasajja, Invara LLC dba Femmé, 4240 S Arizona Ave #1014, Chandler, AZ 85248, and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
